All-on-4 Same Day Implants 

Each implant is placed at a precise angle. This allows us to maximise the use of the bone available in your jaw. If you have previously been told you are unsuitable for implants in the past, it may be that you are suitable for the All-on-4 system (which was first available in 1998) for this reason.

6-11 implants are generally needed for other implant treatments, as opposed to the 4 or 6 used for All-on-4.

Following a consultation and after you have approved the proposed treatment plan, we can book you in for implant surgery.

4 implants are placed in each jaw, securing a whole arch of teeth in place. Initially, we will fit you with your temporary bridge, leaving the jaw to heal. This generally takes between 3 to 6 months, as the jawbone needs to accept the implant as a new entity in the body – this process is called osseointegration, which is central to the success of treatment with dental implants.

Once your jaw has healed, we can fit your permanent, bespoke set of teeth. Your new teeth will be an optimal fit for the shape of your mouth.

Anchoring false teeth in place with implants doesn’t just enhance your chewing and speaking ability, it gives your whole face a younger-looking aesthetic. The loss of multiple teeth can be accompanied by dramatic changes across the face, such as hollowing of the cheeks and an angular appearance in the chin area. Not only can this result in an aged appearance, but it can also take its toll on your confidence.
